Dalmatian Jasper comes from Mexico, and no two stones ever look quite the same. Some lean classic black-and-white like a Dalmatian. Others feel more like leopard spots. That’s the fun of it!

We hand-shape and polish each stone to let its natural pattern show through. Crafted in durable stainless steel, this signet-style ring is designed for everyday wear with a substantial feel. Personalize your ring with custom engraving on the inner band.

Don't know your ring size? Pick up a Ring Size Gauge and check out our blog on ring sizing.

Made with 18-8 stainless steel and your stone. Can be safely cut with a standard ring removal tool in case of emergencies.

Waystone currently ships to Australia, Canada, U.K., and U.S.A. addresses. Because your jewelry is made just for you, we do not allow returns. We guarantee the quality of the setting for 1 year to protect you from defects in workmanship.

Stainless steel is low maintenance! Clean your ring gently with a mild soap and a brush. Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as it can scratch. While the stainless steel is hard working, it is subject to dents - remove your ring if you are doing heavy work.

Rings can be subject to more abuse than other jewelry, so we recommend selecting harder rocks that cannot be scratched with your fingernails to craft your Signpost Signet Ring.

Leslie and her husband Sean standing under a colorful wedding arch in a forest setting

Our Story

It all started with a marriage. When our co-founder Leslie married her husband Sean, she picked up a few stones at Chief Hosa lodge to give her bridesmaids as a gift. Luckily, her mom had her own jewelry studio, and made them into something truly special.

Himalayan Stone

I spent a month in Nepal last November and during my visit I saw Mount Everest and hiked the Himalayas. It was truly a “bucket list” experience. While hiking in the Himalayas I gathered a few pieces of granite as souvenirs. It wasn’t until I was home that I found out about Waystone. I selected a ring style, sent a piece of granite and they crafted it into a beautiful ring - complete with engraving on the inside of the ring! I now can have the Himalayas with me always and a beautiful memento of that experience!

Holley Blue Heritage

I was nervous sending the Holley Blue Agate that my husband found on the land that my grandparents had homesteaded. Waystone notified me when they received the stone which was a relief. The signet ring, the dainty ring and the earrings turned out great and are quality pieces of jewelry. The engraving was quite tiny and hard to read but that didn't diminish the beauty. There was an issue with the certificates that needed fixing and Leslie was very prompt in sending out corrected certificates. I was very impressed overall and am going to be ordering more pieces for my children. I'm excited for us all to have a little piece to remind us of our heritage. Thank you, Waystone!

Sent me the wrong size; won’t answer or honor a refund

I do not recommend ordering from Waystone after my experience. I ordered a custom Size 10 Signpost Signet Ring and received an item that measured significantly under-size, verifying between an 8.5 and a 9 on a professional jeweler’s mandrel.

When I brought this manufacturing variance to the company's attention with photographic documentation, ownership chose to hide behind their rigid "no refunds on custom orders" policy rather than audit their fulfilment metrics.

Instead of offering a clean, guaranteed refund for a clear sizing defect, ownership attempted to lecture me on tool tolerances. They claimed their in-house CNC equipment made a physical error mathematically impossible, despite completely lacking an internal serialized QA logging system to verify the specific piece shipped. They ultimately demanded the item back for an open-ended internal "inspection" to determine fault, while refusing to guarantee a full refund, leaving my order unfulfilled after a multi-week wait.

Once a dispute is initiated, Waystone's playbook is to suggest that a $150–$200 metrology tool from their own floor is the only acceptable device to verify a defect. They will literally photograph a completely different unit from a separate batch to defend their precision, asserting that only they possess the authority to verify the item's dimensions.

Even if they were at 3.4 defects per million, they’d know that every perfect fulfilment is mathematically one step closer to an error. Regardless, the point is that the ring is not a 10 and I’m no longer interested in being a Waystone customer.

If you value precise manufacturing specs and transparent customer accountability, be aware that their internal quality control metrics do not match their premium marketing claims.

The transaction is currently under a formal financial dispute, and my order remains unfulfilled.

Hi Seth, I’m very sorry that you’re unhappy with your ring. We replied to all of your emails within 1 business day, and a return shipping label was provided as soon as you informed us that there was a problem. Unfortunately, a standard U.S. tape measure is not accurate enough to detect the small differences between ring sizes, which is just 0.9 mm when you measure the diameter. We did provide you with instructions to use a micrometer to measure the size of the ring if you wished to do so yourself rather than return it to us. As you filed a chargeback for your order with your credit card company, we are no longer able to work with you directly to make this right.

I love it

I’d asked them to include as much red as they could in the cut and I think they chose an amazing piece of the granite I sent to use in the ring. I hope my boyfriend loves it, I do! And I plan to use the same stone for my own ring. I just hope it lasts a decent amount of time.

Love Our Signpost Signet Ring

Leslie and the Waystone team made us the most beautiful Signpost Signet Rings. Leslie was very responsive to all of my questions (regarding sizing and engraving) and kept me in the loop with every step. I love having a piece of jewelry I can wear as a keepsake.

Rings for the family

This was a relatively easy process. Waystone was quick to respond, they did beautiful work and were true to their word about when the product was finished and when it would get to me. I have one problem tho- and the problem was not due to Waystone, it was due to me. I have to call them Monday and tell them I made a mistake in the sizing of one ring- and I need it fixed. I'm not sure how this will gel out in time and price- but stay tuned as I will be letting you know what happened. But I highly recommend Waystone for creating something solid and super meaningful that you can wear everyday.

Matching Rings

I got matching rings for my engagement and Leslie has been so hands on and personable the entire time and I love working with people and companies that have that high touch personal feel. You don't find that really these days. So without a doubt I'd highly recommend her to anyone!
