They worked with me to make custom cufflinks and a matching compass necklace from the same stone, even though it required some very creative cuts to make the small rock work for both pieces. I shipped my stone all the way to Leslie in the US from the UK - Leslie was incredibly helpful with communication from the moment I ordered, even offering to monitor the postage tracking of the stone. She then proceeded to create the jewelry extremely fast, ensuring it arrived in plenty of time for an important birthday. Leslie even monitored the tracking on the way back to the UK and made sure I could pick it up ok. The final product looks amazing and I can’t wait to give it as a gift. She was extremely accommodating to all of the custom work I wanted done. My partner and I found a beautiful piece of clear quartz when hiking together on a trip and I had it made into two small charms for our anniversary. She asked me when our anniversary was and had it at our door days before, even though I ordered only two weeks prior. The charms are gorgeous!
