Waystone warrants the quality of the setting for one year following delivery of your setting. In the event of a defect in workmanship in the setting during this one year period, Waystone will repair the defect at its facilities, at no cost to you. If any defect is found within one month of receipt of the item, Waystone will cover the cost of shipping. After one month, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Waystone shall have no liability or responsibility under this limited warranty beyong repair of the defective setting, and repair of the defective setting shall be customer's sole and exculsive remedy for breach of this limited warranty. Waystone expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Waystone be liable to customer for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether or not Waystone has been advised of the possibility of the same.

If, following delivery of your setting, your jewelry is accidentally damaged, we’re here to help. If your Waystone jewelry is damaged in the course of day-to-day wear, many types of repairs are possible.
